We have two 11 kW Type 2 chargers available in the village hall car park for public use. Charging is available to both regular and non-regular users, with bookings managed through Hallmaster (our on-line booking system) from 1 May 2026.
EV Charger #1 (Left) 11 kW, Type 2
EV Charger #2 (Right) 11 kW, Type 2
Connector type: Type 2 (the most common connector for EVs in the UK). You will need to bring your own Type 2 charging cable.
From 1 May 2026, all charging sessions must be booked in advance through Hallmaster. The same system used for hall bookings. This gives everyone visibility of charger availability and makes invoicing easier to manage.
Go to the Tregony Village Hall booking page
Select the charger you'd like to use -- EV 1 is on the left, EV 2 is on the right -- and choose your date and time slot.
Confirm your booking (creating an account).
If you are a regular user and your account is for EV charging only, we can enable auto-confirm so bookings go straight through without waiting for manual approval. This will also allow you to adjust your booking slot quickly if needed.
Arrive at the village hall at your booked time and plug in.
Charging slots are available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Sessions can be booked for between 1 and 10 hours. Please book before you arrive.
Charging is billed per hour. Regular users benefit from a discounted rate.
Regular users: £3.00 per hour (assuming optimal 11kWh delivery: approx. £0.27 per kWh)
Non-regular users: £10.00 per hour (assuming optimal 11kWh delivery: approx. £0.91 per kWh)
The charging bays are located along the main wall of the village hall. The site offers free WiFi, a well-lit area, CCTV, and disabled access.
Please move your vehicle promptly once your session ends so others can charge.
The car park is shared with other village hall users, so please park considerately.
This is a new service; if you have any issues or concerns, please let us know.
Invoicing is managed through Hallmaster.
