Our Facilities
Tregony Village Hall has two areas available for hire:
Main Hall
Ground Floor, multi-purpose hall approx. 16.24m x 7.6m x 3.5m high, with strip wood floor, with raised stage area.
Access to adjacent main prep room, including serving bar, sinks, hot & cold water, microwave, oven, fridge, instant water boiler for hot drinks, filtered drinking water, and crockery.
Wheelchair access & large accessible toilet
Toilets
Heating via £1 coin slot meter (£2 = 90minutes)
Access to the hall 1 hour before booking
Capacity: 150 seated (chairs in rows); 220 standing
Ringrose Room (Committee Room)
First floor conference room available for hire for smaller events, meetings or gatherings.

Capacity (30 seated)
Tregony Hall is licensed with the Performing Rights Society to play live or recorded music.
Free WI-FI throughout. The password is displayed on the inside Notice Board, to the right.
A Temporary Events Notice is required if you intend to sell alcohol on the premises. You are responsible for attaining a TEN, and the booking clerk must be informed of this prior to your application for a TEN.
Parking
There is no dedicated car park at the village hall, but you can park in the following areas:

42 car parking spaces are available at Roseland Parc which is situated opposite the Village Hall. Please see map here for further details.
Parking is also available at the Sports Club (approx. 5 min walk)
